scripted... but a click will take you home

Okay since this is what I do at Uni and what I think I want to do when I grow up, I firgured it was time to start displaying it here. Scripts are not the most interesting, nor flowy, things to be reading (especially mine) but they're here for the browsing. Don't be stealing these ideas or characters either, else I will send four snappy vamp boys with their little yapping poodle after you. Don't ask, it's safer.

Html doesn't seem to like the script format overly so they look a little chunky. As with everything I write some things may offend, treat each warning with care and respect and you shouldn't get any nasty surprises. Tah!

'Going Down'

Rating: M. Lightly sprinkled with M/M, some bad language and skewed theology
Description:

My firstest ever script! I started writing this one in 1999, and finished it last semester. We actually got to film it, which was an experience, and I subsequently went through a major head fuck. While it's kinda sucky in so far as dialogue, the concept is what gets me. The film itself didn't turn out quite as planned, but when do they ever? ;)
Completed 2002.

'Gypsy Draw'

Rating: PG. Probably a couple bad words, I forget...
Description:

More complex than the last, better structure, less dialogue, more action, yay me! My lecturer described it as very filmic, but didn't short list it... I think he has issues with Zoe's motivations and the two twining plots. Meh, I am happy with it for now. I think at a later date this shall be extended into a longer piece.
'Completed' 2002.

'soul mate'

Rating: M. Cussing, drug use, mild violence and sharp things pointed at people's chests ^.^
Description:

This is now my most recent work. This one's an oddity. No idea what actually inspired it despite the bullshite I spouted for assessment purposes. It's kinda a black comedy, by far the longest film I've written (timing at about 36 minutes) not entirely sure if it's what it should be, and it was as frustrating as all hell to get it to this point. Having said that I think it's the most fun I've had writing in a while. Love these characters, like the fucked-up-ed-ness!
'Completed' 2003.

'porter house'

Rating: M. Blood, gore and little girls doing very bad things
Description:

My final script for assessment! This was inspired by a very scary dream I had one night about a haunted house. And I felt it was about time I wrote a horror piece. Basically about two young teachers stumbling across a creepy old house containing a very very lost soul. The dream was far scarier than my script turned out to be, but I still like the finished product and as far as I'm concerned Amity fucking rocks! Timing at about 32 minutes this is another longish one. And I'm kinda proud because it was my first High Distinction for a work of fiction :) Yay me!
'Completed' 2003.
